Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results, however, due to different skin/body types, health history, medications, and external factors outside of our control that could affect the final outcome, results are NOT guaranteed. Your personal results or timeframe cannot be compared with others as we are all different with different needs, requirements, views, etc.

We do require a deposit of 25% of the service cost for services greater than $50 in order to book and confirm your appointment. Full payment is required for consultations. Please note that ALL deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations, within our cancellation policy, will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit. Rescheduling is permitted, but only once per appointment. ALL rescheduling and cancellations must follow the Reschedule & Cancellation Policy.

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 24-hour period your deposit will be forfeited. We accept cancellations and reschuduling by text, a phone call, email, or in person.

LATE POLICIES - ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENT: Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. We will do our best to alter your service to fit the remaining time available without sacrificing quality. IF WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE: We respect your time, and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Sometimes, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind, we will offer you a discount of 5% for every 10 minutes you wait on your next facial,  specialty facial, brow/lash treatment, or focused volcanic treatment.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date, however, it will be the first available appointment which could be weeks/months out. Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 20 minutes late will result in a forfeit of your deposit as we have to take extra time re-sanitize, tear down, and then set up before the next appointment.

REFUND POLICY: Client is responsible for any and all card fees and service charges if a refund is issued. Once a service has been provided (e.g. you have seen the provider or had a procedure) your purchase is NOT REFUNDABLE as the service has been rendered. Booking fees and deposits are all non-refundable. Refunds on products are accepted with receipt present and the product is unused as well as unopened. Purchase of packages: Must be paid in full before starting the third treatment. If client terminates the package purchase before full payment, then any refunds will be the difference of what was already paid minus two times the current price of the treatment. The client may no longer purchase future packages without full non-refundable payments. Payment plans are available and signed documents are available on site and in person only.
